This year, we once again had the pleasure of hosting our annual fidicare User Meeting and welcoming numerous dedicated users. The event provided a valuable opportunity for personal exchange and an outlook on the further development of our solutions.
This year's fidicare User Meeting was hosted by Stiftung zuwebe, a long-standing client that successfully uses fidicare within its institution. We would like to sincerely thank them for their hospitality.
The fidicare User Meeting gives our clients the opportunity to learn about current developments, exchange experiences, and gain valuable insights into the future direction of the software.
Among the topics presented were salary budgeting, the possibilities of resident and client management with MyAbacus, various standard processes, standard reports, and the Data Analyzer. In addition, the most important enhancements introduced in versions V25 and V26 were presented. Participants also gained an initial insight into the planned features and optimisations of the upcoming V27 and V28 releases.
A special highlight was the guest presentation by Florian Wüthrich from inOri GmbH. Through his practical insights, he provided valuable impulses and enriched the discussions on digitalisation within the social services sector.
Open dialogue with our clients is of great importance to us. The many questions, suggestions, and shared experiences once again demonstrated how essential personal exchange is for the continuous development of fidicare. Only by working together can we create solutions that continue to meet the needs of social institutions in the future.
