Every year, Fidinam Group employees look forward to a special tradition: the annual crossing of Lake Lugano.
This event provides an opportunity to meet outside the workplace, get to know one another better, and strengthen relationships between colleagues from different locations.
The 2026 edition took place on 13 July, with an impressive 21 swimmers taking on the challenge of crossing the lake. We would like to congratulate them once again on this remarkable achievement!
Those who preferred not to swim were still able to take part in the event by reaching the destination by boat, allowing everyone to enjoy the spirit of the evening together.
After the crossing, we gathered at a traditional Ticino grotto overlooking the lake to spend a pleasant evening together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The boat journey back to Lugano provided the perfect ending to a wonderful summer evening.
The event brought together colleagues from different regions of Ticino, German-speaking Switzerland and Fidinam Italy, once again highlighting the value of these occasions in strengthening team spirit and encouraging connections across people, teams and locations.
Fidigit also took part with great enthusiasm, taking the opportunity to reinforce the sense of belonging that is such an important part of collaboration within the Group.
