At Fidigit, a certified Abacus sales partner and part of the renowned Fidinam Group, we support companies across Switzerland in the implementation and optimization of Abacus ERP solutions. With offices in Bern, Geneva, Lugano, Lucerne and Zurich, we are present across all language regions of Switzerland – and continue to grow.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated individual who wants to discover the world of ERP consulting together with us.
What you will do with us:
- Participation in the implementation and configuration of Abacus ERP modules (e.g. Finance, HR, Time Management, etc.)
- Analysis of customer requirements and support in developing suitable solutions
- Providing support and assistance to customers
- Preparing project documentation, test cases and training materials
- Actively contributing to the process optimization of our clients
- Supporting the ongoing maintenance of existing customer solutions
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial or technical education, or a degree in Business or IT
- Strong IT affinity and interest in business processes
- Initial exposure to ERP systems – ideally Abacus (not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn, initiative and enjoyment of customer interaction
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good spoken and written German and English; additional languages (French/Italian) are an advantage

How we proceed


1. Application submission
Have you read one of our job openings and feel that your profile could be a good match for us? If so, we would be delighted to receive your application!

2. First interview
If your profile aligns with our requirements, we will gladly invite you to a first introductory interview.
This meeting allows us to learn more about you, your background, your personality, and your motivation.
The interview can take place flexibly via video call or in person at our offices.

3. In-depth interview
In the next step, we will invite you to a second interview. This time, we will meet in person to get to know each other better.
During this conversation, we will explore your experience in more detail and jointly assess whether we are a good fit and what concrete added value a collaboration could bring to both sides.

4. Offer & decision
After the interviews, we will provide you with timely feedback.
If both sides see a solid basis to proceed, we will present you with an offer on which you can base your final choice. After your decision, we hope to welcome you to our team.

Prior experience with Abacus is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We want you to recover quickly, which is why you have private insurance cover with us.
The employer pays 55% and you as an employee only 45%.
