New Managing Director at Fidigit: Patric Schlegel to assume role as of 1 July 2026
As of 1 July 2026, Patric Schlegel will assume overall operational responsibility for Fidigit (Schweiz) AG as Managing Director.
Fidigit strengthens its operational leadership
Fidigit is reorganising its leadership structure, sending a clear signal of continuity, innovation and growth. As of 1 July 2026, Patric Schlegel will take on full operational responsibility for the company as Managing Director.
With this step, Fidigit is strengthening its operational leadership and focusing on the consistent execution of its strategy in the Swiss market.
Patric Schlegel as Managing Director
With Patric Schlegel, Fidigit gains an experienced leader who will take full responsibility for the operational business. In his role, he will focus on translating strategic initiatives into measurable results, further developing and scaling the organisation, and strengthening customer focus as well as service quality.
At the same time, he will drive innovation, particularly in the areas of ERP and artificial intelligence.
This appointment underlines Fidigit’s ambition to operate close to the market, remain customer-centric and maintain technological leadership.
Strengthening Sales and Innovation
Alongside the appointment of Patric Schlegel, the Executive Management is being further strengthened. Alfonso D’Alessio joins the management team and assumes responsibility for Sales.
In addition, Noah Haas will increasingly focus on the development of AI solutions within ERP and administrative business processes, while continuing in his current roles as Head of German-speaking Switzerland and Branch Manager in Lucerne.
This combination of operational leadership, sales expertise and technological innovation forms the basis for the next phase of growth.
Clear role allocation at group and company level
John Muschietti, CEO of Fidigit until the end of June 2026, will assume the role of CEO of Fidinam Group Holding as of July 2026 and will become Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fidigit (Schweiz) AG. In this role, he will focus on long-term strategic development.
Roberto Grassi, CEO of Fidinam Group Holding until the end of June 2026, will remain with the Group as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and continue to support its strategic development.
This development takes place within the context of a generational transition within the Group, combining continuity and experience with new responsibilities and perspectives.
Focus on growth, innovation and customer value
With these changes, Fidigit is further strengthening its positioning for the future. The new leadership structure enables targeted organisational development and creates additional opportunities for innovation and growth, particularly in forward-looking areas such as artificial intelligence.
